Follow these guidelines when submitting your resume via email.
Include the job title or position you are applying for and your full name.
Write a brief introductory message. You can use your cover letter as the body, or compose a shorter message and attach the cover letter.
Include your full name, phone number, and email at the end of your email. Make it easy for the employer to contact you.
Attach your resume and cover letter as PDF files. Name them clearly:
Hello Ms. Johnson,
I've attached my resume and cover letter for the Marketing Coordinator position. I recently graduated with a degree in Marketing and have internship experience managing social media campaigns. I'd love to bring that hands-on experience to your team.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
